Personalized Items

1. Cancellations and Changes: For personalized items, you have 6 hours from the time of your order to cancel or make changes. After this 6-hour window, we begin processing your order, and no further changes or cancellations can be made.
2. Refunds: We do not offer refunds on personalized products once the order is in processing.
3. Order Issues: If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve any issues and make it right to the best of our ability.

Non-Personalized Books

1. Exchanges: Non-personalized books can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-personalized book exchanges.
